Terms of use
These terms cover the Zenshin Dojo app and this website. They are written for parents, because parents hold the accounts.
Who can use the app
The app is for parents and guardians of children enrolled at Zenshin Dojo. You need an invite code from the dojo — there is no public signup, and no content is visible to anyone outside the academy.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your sign-in to yourself.
Your child’s profile
You create it, and you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian with authority to give the permissions we ask for. Please keep the details accurate — the date of birth decides which age group your child trains in, and any medical information you give us affects how instructors teach them safely.
Practice videos
By sending a practice video you agree that:
- It shows your own child practising judo, in normal training attire
- No other child appears in it without their parent’s permission
- It is for your child’s instructor to give feedback on
We may remove any video and contact you about it. Videos are deleted after 90 days automatically, and you can delete yours at any time.
Our content
Technique videos and course material belong to Zenshin Dojo. They are for your enrolled child’s learning. Please do not record, download, re-upload or share them outside the academy.
Fees and enrolment
App access is free for enrolled students. Class fees, gradings and events are arranged directly with the dojo and are not governed by these terms.
Training carries risk
Judo is a contact sport. Bruises, strains and occasional injuries happen even with good instruction and proper supervision. Tell us about any medical condition that affects your child’s training, and keep it updated.
Nothing in the app is medical advice. If your child is injured, see a doctor.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your child’s data at any time — email grievance@zenshindojo.in. We may suspend an account that is misused in a way that risks a child’s safety.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will tell account holders. Using the app afterwards means accepting the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
